Visual Rehabilitation of Bilateral Posterior Lens Luxation In Children: A Case Report

 Introduction: Dislocated lens can be subluxated (partial) or luxated (complete), which cause visual impairment in children. Conservative rehabilitation is an option for treatment.
 Purpose: This study reports the possibility of bilateral children.
 Case Report: A 3-year-old boy came to outpatient clinic Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital with complaints blurred vision on both eyes. The child would always bring objects close his eyes since past year. There was no history ocular injury nor development disorder. Uncorrected acuities LEA symbol right and left were 6/114. best-corrected acuity (BCVA) eye 6/45 6/9 S+11.00. Iridodonesis aphakic lenses found during slit-lamp examination intraocular pressures 14.2 mmHg 17.3 eye. seen vitreous cavities funduscopy ultrasonography examination. After 1 month using spectacles, BCVA 6/18 that binocular 6/15. Lensectomy pars plana vitrectomy planned prevent complication.
 Conclusion: important amblyopia children surgical treatment needed complication. In this patient, spectacles given pending operative
